By accessing this website or booking services through Energy In Motion Wellness, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website or booking services.

 

2. Scope of Services

Energy In Motion Wellness provides therapeutic massage, intuitive bodywork, energy balancing, Clinical EFT sessions, and bodymind-informed consultations.

 

All services are wellness-based and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

 

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice.

 

3. No Medical Advice

Services and information provided on this website are for educational and wellness purposes only.

 

Clients should consult a licensed medical professional for diagnosis, treatment, or medical concerns. Participation in services is voluntary and at your own discretion.

 

4. Booking and Payment

Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system hosted by Wix.

 

Payment policies:

  • Certain services require prepayment at the time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information.

 

Energy In Motion Wellness reserves the right to refuse service when appropriate.

 

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of payment.

Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or emergency at the practitioner’s discretion.

6. Virtual Sessions

For virtual services:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring a private and stable internet connection.

  • Energy In Motion Wellness is not responsible for technical interruptions outside our control.

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

 

7. Services for Minors

Services for individuals under 18 require parental or legal guardian consent.

A parent or guardian must sign required forms prior to service.
Parents may remain in the treatment room, wait in the lobby, or wait nearby during the session.

 

8. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate health information

  • Communicate any discomfort during sessions

  • Inform the practitioner of any medical conditions or changes

 

Clients assume responsibility for their participation in services.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Energy In Motion Wellness shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of this website

  • Participation in wellness services

  • Reliance on information provided

 

Participation in services is voluntary and at your own risk.
