Service Description
A hands-on therapeutic massage guided by intuitive awareness and years of body-based experience. As I work with your muscles and connective tissue, I also listen for patterns of tension, energetic holding, and subtle cues that may reflect deeper stress or emotional themes. Throughout the session, I share grounded insight into what your body may be communicating, including relevant bodymind and meridian connections when appropriate. Clients often leave with both physical relief and a clearer understanding of themselves. EFT Tapping or meridian balancing may be scheduled separately or added to your session if desired.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows the opportunity for another client to book that time. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions for illness or emergency may be made at my discretion. Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened session in order to maintain scheduling for other clients. The full session fee will still apply. If time allows, I may extend your session at my discretion. Illness: Massage and bodywork are not appropriate for infectious or contagious conditions. Please cancel your appointment if you are ill. Cancellation fees may be waived for contagious illness.
